Mr. Vitols has served as the President, Mid-South Division, of Martin Marietta Material Inc. Martin Marietta, an American-based company and a member of the S&P 500 Index, is a leading supplier of aggregates and heavy building materials, with operations spanning 32 states, Canada and the Caribbean. Mr. Vitols worked as the Northeast Regional Manager for W. R. GRACE & Co, a publicly traded company which produces specialty chemicals and materials and operates in over 40 countries. Mr. Vitols has a Masters of International Business (MBA) from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland & studied Civil Engineering Technology at Mohawk College, Hamilton, Canada.
RASOOL MOHAMMAD / B. Sc (Mining Engineering)

Mr. Mohammad received a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from the NWFP University of Engineering and Technology in Peshawar, Pakistan in 1991. He has over 20 years experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry. Mr. Mohammad has worked for companies such as BHP, Miramar Mining, Hunter Dickinson Inc., Cumberland Resources Ltd., and several other Canadian exploration companies and has worked on mining projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. He speaks English, Spanish, Urdu, and Pashto.
DANIEL A. GILLETT
Daniel A. Gillett is a Senior Advisor at Speyside Partners where he provides board and executive leadership to companies in transition. He joins the board with over 30 years experience serving as a director, investment banker, turnaround consultant and senior executive, including serving as chief executive officer and chief financial officer. Throughout his career he has completed over $15 billion in financing, restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions, with the majority of those efforts being across all sectors of the oil and gas industry. He is a former Co-Chairman and director of CGX Energy (TSX-V: OYL) and has worked on multiple assignments in the frac sand industry. Mr. Gillett received his MBA from Harvard Business School in finance and a BBA in Accounting from Harding University.
STEVEN H. GOLDMAN
Steven H. Goldman is a senior partner in the Toronto law firm of Goldman Hine LLP. Before joining that firm, he successfully led the restructuring and turnaround of the Speedy Auto Service and Minute Muffler franchise systems as their President and CEO from December 2007 until December 2009. He is a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association, Franchise Section, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Goldman is currently a director, and member of the audit committee of Comstock Metals Inc. (TSX Venture symbol: CSL.V). He is a former director of Tribute Pharmaceuticals Inc., which merged with Pozen Corp. on February 5, 2016, now Aralez Pharmaceutical, (NASDAQ: ARLZ) as well as a former director of Alegro Health, now known as Centric Health Corp. (TSX:CHH.TO). Steven H. Goldman received his B.A. (President’s Medal) from Carleton University and his J.D. from Queen’s University, Canada.
Mr. Turnbull received a B.Sc. (Honours in Geology) from Lakehead University in 1988, and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He is a consulting geologist with over 20 years experience in diamond, precious metal and base metal exploration.
Mr. Turnbull has worked for companies such as Monopros Ltd., Goldfields Mining Corporation, Prime Exploration Ltd., Adrian Resources Ltd., and Madison Enterprises Corp., and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Astur Gold Corp. (AST:TSX.V), Oromin Exploration Ltd. (OLE:TSX.V) and Grizzly Diamonds Ltd. (GZD:TSX.V).
Mr. Turnbull was part of teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit in Panama and the Mt. Kare Gold Deposit in Papua New Guinea.
Independent Director & Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. Kime is the President and CEO of iBD Advisors Inc., a privately-owned Canadian company providing guidance to Canadian and international companies on site location needs and business considerations connected with their plans to locate and expand in North America.
Prior to assuming his responsibilities at iBD Advisors, Mr. Kime was the President and CEO of the London Economic Development Corporation, a public/private partnership with responsibility for providing economic development services to the city of London, Ontario, Canada. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Kime served as Director of International Development for Big ‘O’ Inc., a company engaged in the development of manufacturing technologies used in the control and containment of water, chemicals and other substances.
Mr. Kime has a BA from Western University. Mr. Kime has been chosen to be a director in light of his significant business operating, accounting and financial experience. Mr. Kime has been a director of Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. (TSXV:TRX) since December 2000 as well as being Chair of Tribute’s audit committee.
